REGULAR MEETING MINUTES — 7:00PM

Board Present: Debe Shafer, Chair; Gary Erwin; Kirsten `Kris' Walker; Louis Hodges; Marc
Chaloupka; Shawn Reynolds
Visitors: None
1. Call to order and Roll Call. The meeting was called to order with a quorum present at
7:00 PM.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. Three absence
request were received from Douglass Kingman, Sherry Ellison and David Sahm. Shawn
Reynolds made a motion to approve the absence requests and Marc Chaloupka
seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed
unanimously.
3. Hear visitors. Hearing none, this item was closed.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of
April 8, 2014. Approved with changes on item number six. The vote was called. All
were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
5. Presentation by Kelly Kelbly on the 2014 Games of Texas events. Informational item
only, no action was taken.
6. Presentation and discussion of FY15 budget items. Presented by David Schmitz.
Informational item only, no action was taken.
7. Discussion over the HPC meeting with the City Manager's Office, Debe Shafer and
Councilman Nichols. Presented by Lou Hodges. Informational item only, no action was
taken.
8. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Capital
Improvements Program: Presented by Pete Vanecek. Informational item only, no action
was taken.

the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
