There are a number of Administrative Park Land forms to report at the November Parks Board meeting. I've attached them and below is a summary of each one: • Aggie Manor Apartments (Neighborhood Zone 5, Community Zone B): this site plan proposes to construct 12 multi - family units at 903 Balcones Drive in Southwood Valley. The site plan is still under review and is going through some revisions. • Castlegate II Section 103 (Neighborhood Zone 13, Community Zone A): this final plat creates 39 single family Tots and the plat will be scheduled for future Planning & Zoning Commission meeting after they build the infrastructure. As they are building the neighborhood park, only community park fees are needing to be paid by this phase. • Castlegate II Section 203 (Neighborhood Zone 13, Community Zone A): this final plat creates 32 single family lots and the plat was approved at the September 19 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. As they are building the neighborhood park, only community park fees are needing to be paid by this phase. • Castlegate II Section 204 (Neighborhood Zone 13, Community Zone A): this final plat creates 41 single family lots and the plat is scheduled for approval at the November 7 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. As they are building the neighborhood park, only community park fees are needing to be paid by this phase. • Shenandoah Phase 15 (Neighborhood Zone 10, Community Zone A): this final plat creates 86 single family Tots and the plat will be scheduled for future Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. As this project is a continuation of the Shenandoah Subdivision and park land was already dedicated by this development, the parkland fee that is due is based on the old $358 development fee per single family lot. • Summit Crossing Phase 2A (Neighborhood Zone 4, Community Zone C): this preliminary plan creates 46 townhouse Tots and the plat is scheduled for approval at the November 7 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. The fi rst phase of the Summit Crossing development from a couple years ago dedicated the neighborhood park land. The parkland fee that is due is based on the old $358 development fee per single family (townhouse) lot. Let me know if you have any questions.
