SPECIAL MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES
TOUR of PARD FACILITIES
5:30 PM, Monday, May 3, 2010

STAFF PRESENT: Marco A. Cisneros, Director; David Schmitz, Assistant
Director – Operations; Amanda Putz, Staff Assistant
BOARD PRESENT: Gary Erwin, George Jessup, Billy Hart, Gerard Kyle, Glenn
Schroeder, Jody Ford, Jon Denton
VISITORS: Bose Criddle, Recreation Assistant
1. Call to order and Roll Call: The meeting was called to order with a
quorum present at 5:30 p.m.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members:
Douglas Becker had sent in a request for absence. Jody Ford made a motion
to approve the absence request submitted, and George Jessup seconded the
motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed
unanimously.
3. Tour and discussion of Parks and Recreation facilities: Discussion was
held over the following facilities. This was an informational item only, and
no action was required.

4. Adjourn: Glenn Schroeder made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and
Billy Hart seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and
the meeting adjourned at 7:54 p.m.
