Hear visitors. 6. Discussion and possible action concerning a citizen’s complaint regarding Raintree Park lights. 7. Consideration, possible action, and discussion of minutes from the Regular Meeting of September 9, 2008. 8. Report, possible action and discussion regarding Park Maintenance Standards for FY 2008. 9. Discussion, possible action, and consideration regarding Board Fees Subcommittee FY 2009 Fee recommendations. 10. Public Hearing, presentation, possible action and consideration regarding revisions to the Park Land Dedication Ordinance. The building is wheelchair accessible.
