1. Call to order.
2. Pardon—possible action concerning requests for absences of members from meeting.
3. Review, discussion, and approval of minutes from the regular meeting of March 21, 2005.
4. Hear visitors.
5. Discussion, consideration, and possible action in support of the Suzuki Violin program for
B-CS area youth at Lincoln Recreation Center.
6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding donation of fitness equipment by
College Station Medical Center for fitness room and daily operation, rules and regulations.
7. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding Lincoln Former Students Association
and Advisory Committee joint recommendation for future facility improvements.
8. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding re-establishing collaborative efforts
between City of College Station Parks and Recreation Department, Brazos Valley Boys and
Girls Club, Texas A&M University Student Financial Aid Office, and College Station
Independent School District to meet the TEKS Preparation of students in need of improving
test scores.
9. Lincoln Center Staff report on FY 2005 first and second quarters.
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on election of officers for the Lincoln
Advisory Committee.
11. Adjourn.
