The Meeting was called to order at 12:55pm.

Approval of the
Molly Guin requested the minutes of May 8, 2001 regular meeting of the Conference Center
Advisory Co, -"Wee bi. reviewed and approved.
Eileen Sather made a motion to approve the minutes as : itten. El! Holdredge conded the
motion. All were in favor,the motion passed unanimously.
Revenue Reports:
Revenue reports were reviewed for May 2001..
Revenues for May 2001 were $10436.69 versus May 2011 of$14,697A2.
Num:1,7:-of clients served in May 2001 were 561 vs. May 2000 of 9603.

The Meeting adjourned at 1:45pm,. The next meeting will be held at the College Station
Conference Center on Wednesday July 18, 2001, at 12:00pm.
