REGULAR MEETING MINUTES ~ 7:00PM

Visitors:
1.Call to order and Roll Call. The meeting was called to order with a quorum
present at 7:00 PM
2.Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. An absence
request was received from Kris Walker and Roger Reese. Lou Hodges made a
motion to approve the absence requests and Marc Chaloupka seconded the motion.
The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
3.Hear visitors. Hearing none, this item was closed.
4.Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the
meeting SEPTEMBER 8, 2015. Marc Chaloupka made a motion to approve the
minutes as submitted, and Lou Hodges seconded the motion. The vote was called.
All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
5.Upcoming events for October, November and December. Presented by David
Schmitz. Informational item only, no action was taken.
6.Discussion of upcoming joint meeting with P&Z Committee on October 15.
Presented by David Schmitz. Informational item only, no action was taken.
7.Presentation, discussion and possible action on Parks and Recreation Fees.
Presented by David Schmitz. Formed sub-committee made of 3 members, Marc
Chaloupka, Gary Erwin and Shawn Reynolds. Will meet on November 3 rd.

8.Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks
Projects and Dedications of Less than Five Acres. Presented by Rusty Warncke.

9.Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A
Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.

10.Adjourn. Marc Chaloupka made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and David Sahm
seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the meeting
adjourned at 8:09PM.
