1.Call to order and Roll Call.
The meeting was called to order with a quorum
present at 7:00 PM.
2.Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
None
were received.
3.Hear visitors.
Hearing none, this item was closed.
4.Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the
meeting OCTOBER 13, 2015.
Marc Chaloupka made a motion to approve the
minutes with a change to his name on item #4 and Shawn Reynolds seconded the
motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.

Fees. Presented by David Schmitz and the PARD Fees Subcommittee.
After
presentation and discussion, Gary Erwin made a motion to approve the amended fees
at David Schmitz and the Fees Subcommittee recommendation at a 20% increase
from the resident rates for non-residents and Lou Hodges second the motion. All were
in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
Update on the Parkland Dedication Ordinance.

A Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been
given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing
policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place
the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.

Reynolds seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the
meeting adjourned at 8:12 PM.
