1. Call to order. Jodi Warner, Chair called the site tour meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. with a quorum
pres tent.
2. Pardon and possible action concerning requests for absences of members. No action was
taken.
3. Site tour, discussion and possible action regarding potential park land dedication for River
Stone Subdivision development. A walking tour of the proposed eleven-acre site located off of
Greens Prairie Road was taken. Discussion followed after which Kathleen Ireland made a motion
to accept the dedication in concept. Shawn Rhodes seconded the motion and the vote was
called. All were in favor and the motion passed unanimously. A preliminary master plan would be
brought before the Board at the October 17, 2006 regular meeting for approval by the Board.

4. Adjourn Kathleen Ireland moved to adjourn. Gary Erwin seconded the motion and the vote
was called. The site tour adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
