Norm Waggoner Members Absent: Cheryl Cobb, Frank Coulter, Mary Sue Goldwater, Brad Lamb, Ken Livingston, Bobette McFarland (excused) , Linda Murdock, Carole Murphy, Butch. Reinke, Lane Stephenson. Visitors: Ed Za krzews ki Staff Present: Ann Mallard, Toni Broadway I . Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Nita Hoelscher at 13:20 P.M. Roil Call & Reading of the Minutes: A sign-in sheet was passed around for all members to sign. The August 30th minutes will be corrected to 5 read: College Station Community Council at the heading and Dr. Nigh will be changed to Dr. Ney. Tom Aughinbaugh made the motion that the minutes. be approved with the above mentioned corrections . Richard Talbert seconded the motion. The motion passed. Iv. officer's Re ort: Ann spoke for Linda Murdock, who was absent and handed . out an updated copy of the College Station Community Council Byi aw$. Tom • Aughinbaugh made the motion that the council be called the College.. Stati on Community Council and refered to as such through out the Bylaws. The motion .. passed. • Marci Rodgers gave the Treasurer's Report. The Council has a present balance of $123.28. The bank has been charging the Council a service charge•of .$1 .1.5. Marci has talked to the bank and the service charge will be credited to the Councils account. Chiquita Lofgren, the public relations officer, reported on the new brochures she is working on for people who want to know more about what we do and who we are. The brochure will be funded from the Community Education's printing budget.
