Call to order and Roll Call. 2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. 3. Hear visitors. 4.Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the July 12, 2016 meeting. 5.Possible action concerning requests from two cemetery owners that would like to ask the board for an exception to the monument rules. 6.Report by J.D. Wood on Tourism. 7.Report by David Schmitz on Lick Creek and Nature Center activity. 8.Parks and Recreation Advisory Board park assignments. 9.Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects Summary and Dedications of Less than Five Acres from Rusty Warncke. Woodland Estates  10.Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
