The meeting was called to order with a quorum present at 7:00 PM. 2.Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. None received. 3.Hear visitors. Hearing none, this item was closed. 4.Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting FEBRUARY 9, 2016. Marc Chaloupka made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted, and Gary Erwin seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously 5.New board member welcome. Informational item only, no action was taken. 6.Presentation and discussion of public input meeting on proposed Senior Community Center with the Parks and Recreation Senior Advisory Committee. Presented by Jeff Bullock. Informational item only, no action was taken. 7.Presentation, discussion and action on proposed parkland dedication of the Barracks II. Presented by James Wise. Informational item only, no action was taken. 8.Discussion on new Police Department location and relationship to Central Park. Informational item only, no action was taken. Formed subcommittee with Debe Shafer, Marc Chaloupka, Gary Erwin and Roger Reese. 9.Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects and Dedications of Less than Five Acres. Presented by Rusty Warncke. Informational item only, no action was taken. Park Projects Summary  Dedications of Less than Five Acres  Lakeridge Phase 4 o Barracks II Phase 400 o Barracks II Phase 401 o The building is wheelchair accessible. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. Next Regular Meeting ~ April 12, 2016  New Police Department Location Subcommittee meeting  Adjourn. 11.Lou Hodges made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Gary Erwin seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the meeting adjourned at 9:29 PM.
