MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
BRYAN COLLEGE STATION PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM ADVISORY BOARD
NOVEMBER 13, 2012

On the 13 day of November, 2012 the Bryan College Station Public Library System Advisory Board
of the cities of Bryan and College Station, Texas met in regular meeting at the Carnegie History Center,
111 S. Main Street, Bryan, Texas 77803.
1. Larry Ringer, President , called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. and the following were present:

3. Other attendees were Dr. Larry Koeninger, Library System Director; Kathy Nixie, Ringer Library
Manager; City of College Station; and Laura Mills, Adm. Assistant.
4. The previous meeting minutes of September were discussed and approved as distributed.
5. The monthly stats for September and October were reviewed. It was noted that stats for wireless
internet use will no longer be recorded since there are different methods for each library to record these
stats.
6. A. In old business, Larry Koeninger stated that the Mounce remodel project is making some progress.
The architect has 30 days to complete the proposal.
7. In new business, the meeting dates for 2013 were discussed.
8. Dr. Koeninger’s librarian’s report is attached.
9. Next meeting will be January 15, 2013 at the Mounce Library.
10. The meeting adjourned at 6:15pm.
