MEMBERS PRESENT: Randal Allison, David K. Chester, Carol Conlee, Sherlei Dannhaeuser,
Bill Lancaster, Robert McGee, and Chair Marsha Sandford.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Alexandra "Boo" Davis& J.P. Grom
STAFF PRESENT: Staff Planner Katie Elrod and Senior Planner Lee Battle
VISITORS: Mary Lancaster, Mike Luther and Shirley Michaels
Carnegie Center of Brazos Valley History and Library staff Clara
Mounce, Katie McCollum, and Sandra Simoneaux.
Library Advisory Board: Jo Berg and Chair Larry Ringer
The Historic Preservation Committee held a special meeting that was called to order at 11:00a.m. The committee
completed a tour of the Carnegie Center of Brazos Valley History for the purpose of studying the process of collecting,
preserving,and cataloging historic documents. Then after the tour the meeting proceeded to Clenmentine's Cafe. No
action was taken at this special meeting.
