Call to Order. 2. Consideration, discussion and possible action on absence requests. 3. Initial Hear Visitors. Visitors are asked to announce their name and address for the record. Visitors may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 4. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes of June and August, 2005. 5. Report, discussion, and possible action regarding the agenda for the HPC Strategic Planning Retreat on October 3, 2005. 6. Report, discussion, and possible action regarding the committee practices and procedures. Project Updates: 7. Report and discussion regarding the past September 3, 2005, Texas in WWII event. 8. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding Project HOLD. 9. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding the Exploring History Lunch Lecture Series. 10. Calendar of pertinent past and upcoming community events pertaining to historical interests.
