5.Committee and staff report of pertinent past and upcoming community events pertaining to historical
interests.

6.Set dates for Organizational and Historic Marker Sub-Committee meetings.
7.Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding the City of College Station 65 th Birthday
Celebration and the appointment of a Committee member to the Event Planning Committee.
8.Committee & Staff report regarding speaking engagements to promote HPC projects.
9.Report, consideration and possible action regarding the Historic Marker Initiative and the identification
of eligible buildings.
10.Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Project HOLD: Historic Online Library Database.
11.Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding preparations & planning for the National
Observance of Preservation week.
