4.Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes from
November 12, 2002.
5.Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve special meeting minutes from
November 19, 2002.
6.Report by committee members regarding relevant web sites.
7.Report by staff regarding questions asked by staff during committee meetings.
8.Report of pertinent upcoming events by staff and committee members.
9.Review, discussion, and possible action regarding the November 19, 2002 special
meeting, held at the Carnegie Center of Brazos Valley History.
10.Review, discussion, and possible action regarding the formation of a subcommittee to
address the historic plaque program.
11.Review and discussion of meeting rules of order.
12.Consideration, discussion and possible action in the selection of future agenda items.
13.Adjourn.
