SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday, May 7, 2008, 10:00AM
Foster’s Stained Glass

MEMBERS PRESENT
: Sarah Adams, Chair; Virginia Reese, James Batenhorst, David
Chester, Weldon Kruger, Joe Wallace, Donald Braune
STAFF PRESENT:
Marco A. Cisneros, Director; Ross Albrecht, Forestry/Urban
Landscape Manager; Helen Banks, Secretary
MEMBERS ABSENT:
R.C. Slocum, Randy Matson, Kevin Myers
Call to order
1. : David Chester, Acting Chair, called the meeting to order with a quorum
present at 10:02 a.m.
Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the stain glass feature
2. : The
Committee looked at different types and colors of glass. Foster’s Stained Glass suggested
putting together a glass palette for the committee to view at a later date. This was an
informational item only and no action was required.
Adjourn
3. :David Chester made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Sarah Adams
seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the meeting adjourned
at 10:34 a.m.
