Staff Present: Ross Albrecht, Forestry Superintendent;
Delmer Charanza, Cemetery Sexton; Mollie
Binion, Parks Secretary
Members Present: Sarah Adams, Chairperson; Joe Wallace;
James Batenhorst;
Visitors Present: Don Hearing
Members Absent: Virginia Reese, Don Hensel
1.Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 10:10 a.m.
2.Swearing in of new and reappointed members: Mollie B.
swore in Sarah Adams, and Virginia Reese, both were
reappointed members. Kevin Myers will be sworn in at the next
meeting.
3.Discussion, Consideration, and possible approval of
absentee request: Kevin Myers was absent
4.Hear Visitors: Hearing none this item was closed.
5.Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of
minutes from July 14, 2005: Changes needed to be made.
David Chester needed to be added to the list of people

present. On item
On item #3 Sarah made the motion, and Mary had

seconded.
On item #2 The visitors last name was spelled incorrectly,

it should be spelled Goehring.
James B. made a motion to approve the minutes from July 14,
2005 as corrected, Joe W. seconded the motion, all were in favor
and the motion passed unanimously.
6.Presentation and discussion on Open Meetings: Ross
reviewed the rules and regulations with the committee. The main
point he made was about committee members are not allowed to
have discussions over any thing related to
7.Review and discussion of new member packet materials:
This item was removed since Kevin did not attend. Ross will go
over this packet with him individually.
