2. Requests for absences of members.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Cemetery Advisory
Committee minutes:
-April 13, 2010 Regular Meeting Minutes
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on potential changes to the College Station
Code of Ordinances, Chapter 1, Section 29.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation
shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
6. Hear visitors.
7. Adjourn.

be held on the 4th day of May 2010 at 10:00 AM, The College Station Conference Center, Room 103,
1300 George Bush Drive, College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See
