1. Call to order.
2. Requests for absences of members.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Cemetery Advisory
Committee minutes:
-March 30, 2010 Regular Meeting Minutes
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on potential changes to the College Station
Code of Ordinances, Chapter 1, Section 29 regarding:
- Footstones in the Memorial Cemetery of College Station/Aggie Field of Honor
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding gift giving opportunities to the
College Station municipal cemetery system.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the relocation of existing graves located on
TAMU property to the Memorial Cemetery of College Station.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation
shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
8. Hear visitors.
9. Adjourn.

be held on the 13th day of April 2010 at 10:00 AM, The Green Room at Wolf Pen Creek, 1015 Colgate
