Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the College Station City Council may or may not be present at this meeting.
1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the January 09,
2018 meeting.
5. Presentation, discussion, possible action on the Naming of the renovated Arts
Council Facility.
6. Presentation, discussion, possible action and public comment on Bicycle,
Pedestrian, and Greenways Master Plan Update by Venessa Garza.
7. Presentation, discussion, possible action regarding College Station Senior Games.
8. Discussion on location and times for Parks and Recreation Advisory Board
Meetings.
9. Presentation, discussion, possible action on Reatta Meadows Park and Crescent
Pointe Park development.
10. Presentation, discussion, possible action on revisions to Code of Ordinances,
Chapter 32, Section 32-25 Dogs.
11.Strategic Planning: Short and Long term.
■ Presentation, discussion, possible action regarding Parks and Recreation
Advisory Board Goals for 2018.
12.Report, discussion, and possible action concerning the current Parks Projects

Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
