The City Council may or may not attend the Spring Creek Local Government Corporation Board of Directors Meeting.
Call to order.
2. Presentation, possible action and discussion of meeting minutes for April 19, 2017.
3. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding remaining lots in The Business Center at
College Station, including a five acre tract at Venture Drive and State Highway 6 Frontage Road
and a 30 acre tract at Gateway Drive and State Highway 6 Frontage Road.
4. Discussion, consideration, and possible action relating to next steps and upcoming activities of the
Spring Creek Local Government Corporation.
5. Adjourn.
The Board reserves the right to go into executive session to seek legal advice regarding any agenda
item at any time during the meeting pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
