AGENDA
l) Welcome and Open Meeting
-Pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags and Invocat
2) Public Comments regarding items not on the agenda
-Individuals who wish to address the Policy Board must fill out a Public Comment Card
describing the topic(s) they wish to address. Public Comment Cards may be obtainedfrom
Lisa Lyon of the MPO staffprior to the start of the meeting. Please limit your comments
to three minutes per topic. Additional time will be allotted if Policy Board members have
questions.

5) 2050 Bryan/College Station MPO Thoroughfare Concept
-A revised Draft 2050 B/CS MPO Thoroughfare Concept was developed and presented to
the public on May 15, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Brazos Center. Following that
meeting, the TAC reviewed the public comments and made some minor modifications to
the map. Since the revisions were minor, the TAC recommended the 2050 B/CS MPO
Major Thoroughfare Concept for adoption by the Policy Board. Action Required. (See
attachment.)
6) Adoption of Transit Asset Management Performance Measures
-As part of the FASTAct, transit agencies and MPOs are required to establish performance
measures for Asset Management of Transit vehicles. Brazos Transit District was required
to develop and adopt these performance measures for vehicles, facilities, and equipment
by January 1, 2017. Once the measures were adopted, the MPO must adopt regional
performance targets to assist BTD in meeting these performance measures. The deadline
for MPO's to establish these targets is June 30, 2017. Action Required. (See attachments.)

7) Future Transportation Project Update
-Ms. Jo Penn, Marketing Representative at the Brazos Transit District (BTD), will share
how BTD is developing a unique branding for their transit vehicles in Brazos County. Ms.
Penn will also discuss the new fixed stop locations and how BTD is using unconventional
but effective bus stop signs and information at key stop locations to enhance customer
service.
8) July Policy Board Meeting
-Unless an agenda item that staff is currently unaware of is addressed at the June Technical
Advisory Committee meeting, the July Policy Board meeting is cancelled due to lack of
action items.
