The City Council may or may not attend the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meeting.
1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the October 11,
2016 meeting.
5. Discussion on the Southern Pointe Development.
6. Presentation by PARD staff on Christmas events and activities in the Parks and
Recreation Department.
7. Discussion on Parkland notes from the Subcommittee meetings.
8. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects
Summary and Dedications of Less than Five Acres from Rusty Warncke.

Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been
given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of
existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal
to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
