The meeting was called to order with a quorum present at 11:05 AM. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding College Station Town Center Development. James Murr and Dan Leverett gave a presentation. Keith Roberts made a motion to approve the parks plan as laid out in Municipal Management District, and Gary Erwin seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously. Adjourn. Keith Roberts made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Paul Dyson seconded the motion. The vote was called.
