The City Council may or may not attend the Economic Development Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the development of Spring Creek Corporate
Campus generally located along the State Highway 6 Frontage Road at the future intersection of
Pebble Creek Parkway and northeast of the William D Fitch Parkway, including ultimate build -out,
infrastructure projects and funding.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the creation of a local government
corporation for the purposes of economic development including the articles of incorporation and
corporation bylaws.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the development of Plot A, approximately
57 acres located along the State Highway 6 Frontage Road at the future extension of Pebble Creek
Parkway and Lakeway Drive.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding tourism initiatives and recruitment efforts.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding future agenda items.
7. Adjourn.
