C. Presentation, possible action and discussion of Minutes from May 20, 2015 Public

D. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the Request for Proposal process
for the Community Development Block Grant public service funding.
E. Presentation, possible action and discussion of changes to Request for Proposal
and Application for Community Development Block Grant public service funding.
F. Presentation, possible action and discussion of post award workshop for funded
public service agencies for FY 2015-2016.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Joint Relief Funding Review Committee of
the City of College Station and City of Bryan, Texas will be held on the 7th day of October, 2015
at 11:30 a.m. at the College Station Community Development Office Conference Room, 1207
Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See
