Welcome and Call to Order -Pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags and Invocation by Judge Peters 2. Public Comments regarding items not on the agenda -Individuals who wish to address the Policy Board must fill out a Public Comment Card describing the topic(s) they wish to address. Public Comment Cards may be obtained from Lisa Lyon of the MPO staff prior to the start of the meeting. Please limit your comments to three minutes per topic. Additional time will be allotted if Policy Board members have questions. 3. Review and approval of June 1, 2016 Policy Board Minutes -The Policy Board will review and make corrections to the minutes and then either approve the minutes or move to instruct staff to correct the minutes and return them to the Policy Board for approval at their next meeting. Action required. (See attachment.) 4. Director's Report -Brazos Transit District Operations Study -FM 2818 Corridor Study Work Scope and Schedule -Website Update Request for Proposals -SH60 RFQ Update -Progress Report on Category Two Funding Projects -Progress Report on Top Five Unfunded Regional Priority Project -TEMPO Meetings • 5. RELLIS Campus Update Mr. John Barton, Professor of the Practice, Vice Chancellor of Strategic Initiatives of Texas A&M will present an update on plans for the development of the RELLIS Campus site that will be co-shared by Texas A&M and Blinn College. (See attachment.) 6. Fort Worth to Houston Corridor Expressway Concept -MPO Executive Director Dan Rudge, will present a new Expressway Corridor concept that is being proposed by several MPOs in Central Texas. The proposed expressway would link Fort Worth to Houston ports via Waco and Bryan/College Station. Since this is an MPO driven concept, the Policy Board needs to take formal action as to whether or not the Bryan College Station MPO is supportive of the concept and to direct staff to participate in the Expressway Concept planning efforts. Action Required. (See attachment.) 7. Future Transportation Project Update -Ms. Emily Fisher, Assistant Director of Public Works, City of College Station, will provide an update of the City's Capital Improvement Program. Brazos County will present at the next Policy Board meeting. 8. Schedule for September Policy Board Meeting -Next meeting of the Policy Committee is scheduled for September 7th, 2016 at 9:00 AM in the Brazos County Commissioner's Court. However at least one member of the Board has a conflict. The Board needs to decide if they would like to reschedule the meeting or determine if a quorum would likely be present and proceed with the meeting as scheduled. 9.
