The City Council may or may not attend the Economic Development Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the status of the Municipal Utility District located
in and around the Texas World Speedway on State Highway 6 South.
3. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the status of the Municipal Utility District
application for the Millican Reserve generally located along the west side of State Highway 6 near Peach
Creek Road.
4. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the status of the Medical District Plan including the
Municipal Management Districts andTax Increment Reinvestment Zones.

5. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the redevelopment of property owned by the City of
College Station in the 1100 block 6f Texas A venue South.
6. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding economic development efforts and the Texas A&M
Riverside Campus redevelopment initiative.
7. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the Research Valley Partnership's Workforce
Steering Committee and talent pipeline initiative.
8. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding future relocation plans and land acquisition for the
Arts Council of the Brazos Valley.
9. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding an update from the International Council of
Shopping Centers annual conference.
10. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding future agenda items.
11. Adjourn.
