BRAZOS COUNTY MUNICIPAL U?LITY DISTRICT NO. 1

The Board of Directors of Brazcs County Municipal Utility Disrrict No. 1, in
accordance with applicable law, called public hearings with respect to the approval o{ a
skategic partnership agreement between the District and the City of Ccllege Station,
Texas (the "SPA"), &s required by applicable law.
After duly providing notice as required by law, Kristen Hogan, the duly
appointed Hearings Examiner, convened the first such hearing, open to the public, at
12:00 p.m., on May B, 2015, at 17777 State Highway 6 S, College Station, Texas, within
the boundaries of the District, for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding
the proposed adoption by the District of the SPA.
Ms. Hogan opened the hearing to solicit questions or comnents from the public
relating to the terms of the SPA, a copy of which is available for public viewing. There
being no comments from the public, and there being no further business to conduct, the
Hearings lxaminer adjourned the hearing.
