ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 19, by Eieminat inz Section
2 thereof, and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City tiff College Station,
Texas,
.1..City Ordinance No. 19 be and hereby is amended by striking
out and making null and void Section 2 thereof.
2. The fact that many business matters of imnortapce to citizens
incorporated into the city are now pending, that require immediate
attention and the further fact that the annlication of Section 2
of Ordinance 19 restnits in undue delay in the transaction of such
public business, constitute an emergency requiring that the rule
necessitating the reading of an ordinance at two consecutive
meetings of the City Council be suspended. An emergency is hereby
declared and aforesaid rule suspended and this ordinance shall take
full force and effect immediately on and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19, By Eleminating Section
2 thereof, and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ORDAINED By the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
1. City Ordinance No. 19 be and hereby is amended by striking
out and making null and void Section 2 thereof.

incorporated into the city are now pending, that require immediate
attention and the further fact that the application of Section 2
of Ordinance 19 results in undue delay in the transaction of such
public business, constitute an emergency requiring that the rule
necessitating the reading of an ordinance at two consecutive
meetings of the City Council be suspended. An emergency is hereby
declared and aforesaid rule suspended and this ordinance shall take
full force and effect immediately on and after its passage.
