AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING TO REZONE CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS,
FIXING THE TIilE OF PUBLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING.
Texas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Section I. That Block 4, Lots 1 to 16 inclusive, Block 5, Lots 1
to 10 inclusive, Boyett Addition, be zoned from the present classification
of District No. 2, Second Dwelling House District, to District No. 3,
Apartment House District.
Section II. That a public hearing be held in the city office at
7:00 P. M. Wednesday, April 14, 1948.
Section III. That publication of this proposal in three issues of
the Battalion and proper notice posted in the area concerned, shall con-
stitute due notice of the proposal.
Passed and approved this the 17th day of March, 1948.
