ORDINANCE NO. 114
AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING TO REZONE CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, FIXING THE
TIME OF PUBLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
Section I. That Block 4, Lots 1 to 16 inclusive, Block 5, Lots 1 to 10
inclusive, Boybtt Addition, be zoned from the present classification of District
No. 2, Second Dwelling House District, to District No. 4, First Business District.
Section II. That a public hearing be held in the city office at 7:00 P. M.
Wednesday, March 17, 1948.
Section III. That publication of this proposal in three issues of the Batt-
alion and proper notice posted in the area concerned, shall constitute due notice
of the proposal.
Passed and approved this the llth day of February, 1948.
