AN ORDINANCE CREATING A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR TIS; YEAR 1947 AND
FIXING TIME OF MEETING.

BE IT ORDAII'tha) by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas;
SECTION 1. The Board of Equalization for the year 1947 shall be
composed of the following; Lloyd G. Berryman, Chairman, A. P. Boyett
and F. L. Thomas.
SECTION 2. The Board shall meet Nay 15, 1947 -- or at such later
date as the City Manager may set -- to begin its deliberations, and
shall meet as often thereafter as it deems necessary.
SECTION 3. This Board of Equalization shall work jointly insofar
as possible with a similar board to be appointed by the Board of Trustees
of A. & M. Consolidated School.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas, February 20th, 1947.
