AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING TO RE -ZONE CERTAIN
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TEXAS:
AREAS WITHIN THE CORPORATE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
Section 1. To correct a drafting error in the Zoning Map of the City
of College Station that all that portion of the Corporate Limits of the
City of College Station from the intersection of Highway No. 6 and Farm
Highway No. 60 for a depth north west from Farm Highway No. 60 of 175
feet and running southwest with Farm Highway No. 60 approximately
600 feet to the intersection of the southwest boundary of the Meadowland
Addition and Farm Highway No. 60, be zoned to District No. 4, First
Business District.
Section 2. That a Public Hearing shall be held in the City Office
at 5:00 P. M. on Monday, November 25, 1946.
Section 3. That publication of this proposal in one issue of the
Battalion and proper notice posted in the area concerned, shall
constitute due notice of the proposal.
