AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN STREET ALONG LOT 5, BLOCK 3,
AND LOT 17, BLOCK 1, ACCORDING TO A REVISED PLAT OF THESE BLOCKS,
COONER ADDITION, CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas:
Pursuant to a request filed with the City Council of the City
of College Station, Texas, the street lying generally along the
northeastern lines of Lot 5, Block 3 and Lot 17, Block 1, according
to a revised plat of these blocks, Cooner Addition, City of
College Station, Texas, as recorded in Volume 102 , Page 151 ,
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, be vacated in accordance with
Article 1016.,Revised Civil Statutes.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of
College Station, Texas, the 17th day of June, 1946.
