AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING TO REZONE CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN TBE CITY
LIMITS, PIMPS TIME OF PUBLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of College Station, Texas
SECTION 1. That Block 3, Lots 11-14, inolusive, Block 9,
Lots 13-20, inclusive, Block 22, Lots 1, 2, & 3, and 10, 11, &
12, Block 21, Lots 1, 2, & 3, and 19, 20, & 21, Block 18,
Lots 1, 2, & 3, College Hills Addition, be zoned to District
No. 4, First Business Distriot.
SECTION 2. That a public hearing shall be held in the
City Office at 8 p.m. December 13, 1945.
SECTION 3. That publioation of this proposal in one
issue of the Battalion and proper notice posted in the area
oonoerned, shall oonstttute due notice of the proposal.
Passed and approved this the 15th day of November, 1945.
