AN ORDINANCE CREATING A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR TBE YEAR 194.6.
AND FIXING TIME OF MEETING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
SECTION 1. The Board of Equalization for the year 1945 shall
be composed of the following: R. L. Hunt, Chairman, W. F. Munnerlyn,
and P. W. Burns. In the event that this board could not serve an
alternate board is hereby oreated to be composed of the following:
Fred Jensen, Chairman, G. E. Madeley, and Wendel Horsley.
SECTION 2. The Board shall meet May 1, 1945 -- or at such
later date as the City Manager nay set -- to begin its deliberations,
and shall meet as often thereafter as it deems necessary.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas, March 15, 1945.
