AN ORDINANCE CREATING A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR THE YEAR 1944
AND FIXING TIDE OF MEETING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas*
SECTION 1. The Board of Equalization for the year. 1944 shall
be composed of the following: F. R. Brison, Chairman, R. 1. Hunt,
and T. E. Rattan.
SECTION 2. The Board shall,meet June 15, 1944 •- or at such
later date as the City Manager may set -- to begin its deliberations,
and shall meet as often thereafter as it deems necessary.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas, April 13, 1944.
