AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING TO REZONE CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas:
Section 1: That all of that portion of the corporate limits
of the City of College Station, Texas, lying east of High-
way 6 and north of Lincoln Avenue be rezoned to District 3,
Apartment House District.
Section 2: That the question be referred to the Zoning Com-
mission for recommendation.
Section 3: That the City Secretary be instructed to post or
publish such notices as may be required of such proposal.
Section 4: That a public hearing be set for 3:00 p. m., at
the City Office, September 6, 1943.
