AN ORDINANCE CREATING A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR THE
YEAR 1943 AND FIXING TIME OF MEETING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Col-
lege Station, Texas:
Section 1. The Board of Equalization for the year
1943 shall be composed of the following: A. Mitchell,
Chairman, F. R. Brison, and V. M. F.fres.
Section 2. The Board shall meet June 28, 1943 to
begin its deliberations, and shall meet as often there-
after as it deems necessary.
Passed and approved by the City Counoil of the City
of College Station, Texas, June 17, 1943.
