ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE SETTING UP BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR THE YEAR
1941; FIXING TIME OF MEETING.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas:
Section 1. The Board of Equalization for the year 1941
shall be composed of W. D. Burkhalter, R. L. hunt, and N.M.
iuoGinnis. J. W. Rollins is appointed as an alternate in case
anyone of the three first named cannot serve.
Section 2. The Board shall meet the second .Monday in
June.

AN ORDINANCE SETTING UP BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR THE YEAR
19414 FIXING TIME OF MEETING.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas:
Section 1. The Board of Equalization for the year 1941
shall be composed of W. D. Burkhalter, R. L. Hunt, and N.M.
McGinnis. J. N. Rollins is appointed as an alternate in case
anyone of the three first named cannot serve.
Section 2. The Board shall meet the second Monday in
June.
