BE IT ORDAINED BY TI-lL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:

The 15 foot alley shown by the developer, Dr. F. B. Clark,
between Lots 9 and 10, Block 3, of the Southeast Collage Park
Addition to the City of College Station, Texas, as shown by a
plat recorded in Volume 119, page 563-564 of the Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas is hereby closed, vacated, and aban-
doned.
