AN ORDINANCE INCORPORATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF WOODLAND ESTATE
AND WOODLAND ACRES ADDITIONS OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS.
Ordinance No. 219, an Ordinance proposing to incorporate
certain portions of Woodland Estates and Woodland Acres Additions
of the City of College Station, Texas within the city limits having
been initially passed and ordered published on January 16, 1956,
and having been published in the Battalion on January 26, 1956;
and after all citizens concerned having been given an opportunity
to be heard; now, therefore,
BE 1T ORDAINED by the City Council of College Station, Texas:
All of Woodland Estates and all of Woodland Acres Additions
to the City of College Station, Texas, not already incorporated
within the limits of the city shall be and the same are hereby
incorporated within the limits of the city, said Woodland Estates
and said Woodland Acres Additions being more fully described in
plats of same as recorded in the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas in Volume 108, Page 223 and Volume 101, Page 322, respectively,
to which reference is hereby made for pertinent descriptive purposes.
Passed and approved this 27th day of February, 1956 A. D.
