AN ORDINANCE ZONING TRACT 7 AND THAT PART OF TRACT 8 NOT HERETO—
FORE ZONED, WOODLAND ESTATES ADDITION, AS DISTRICT 1,FIRST
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AN DEFINED IN SECTION 5, ORDINANCE NO. 38.
Whereas a petition was submitted, referred to the City Zoning
Commission acted upon favorably by said Commission, and a public
hearing duly advertised and held by the City Council on the subject
matter hereinafter referred to; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
Tract 7 and that part of Tract 8 not heretofore zoned, Woodland
Estates Addition, be and the same is hereby zoned and classified
as District 1, First Residential District, as defined in Section
5, Ordinance No. 38.
Passed and approved this the 15th day of August, 1955.
