AN ORDINANCE DISCLAIMING ALL RIGHT, `.'ITIS AND INTEREST OF THE CITY
OF C OT,TF GE STATION, TEXAS, IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN STREET RUNNING
THROUGH THE LOT NUMBERED RESERVED IN BLOCK NUMBER TWENTY-ONE IN
COLLEGE PARK ADDITION T 0 THE CITY OF COLLEGE STAT ION, TEXAS, ACC ORD-
ING TO PIAT OF SAID ADDIT ON RECORDED IN VOLUME 3S, PAGE 602, DEED
RECORDS, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, WITHIN SAID CITY (F COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, AND VESTING TITIE TO THE SAIF IN NRS. FANNIE MMATTHEWS, A
WIDOW, AND VACATING AND DECLARING SAID STREET CLOSED.
BE TT ORDAINED by the City Council of College Station, Texas:
1. That all right, title and interest owned and held by said
City of College Station, Texas, in and to said Street running
through the Lot Numbered Reserved in Block Number Twenty-one (21)
in the College Park Addition to the City of College Station, Brazos
County, Texas, as same appears of record onthe plat of said Addition
recorded iri Volume 38, Page 602, of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, within the said City of College Station, Texas, be and the
same is hereby disclaimed and said right, title and interest is here-
by quit -claimed to Mrs. Fannie Matthews, of Brownwood, Texas, a widow.
2. That said street afore -described be, and the same is hereby
vacated and closed as a street.
Passed and approved this the 21st day of February, A. D. 1955.
