AN ORDINANCE CREATING A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR THE YEAR 1951 AND FIXING
THE TIML OF MEETING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
Section 1. The equalization of taxes for the year 1951 shall be
performed by a Board of Equalization which is hereby created.
Section 2. Said Board of Equalization shall be composed of W. I.
Truettner, chairman, and A. P. Boyett and Carl Birdwell.
Section 3. Said Board of Equalization shall meet first at the
call of the chairman and thereafter as it shall determine until its work
is completed.
