AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1, PARTS 1 AND 2 UNDER A OF ORDINANCE
No. $6 THEREBY CHANGING THE SCHEDULE OF RATES OF CHARGES FOR ELECTRIC
SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
PART A OF SECTION 1 of Ordinance No. 86 relating to public utility rates,
changes, and fees, passed and approved December 13, 1945, is hereby ammended
to read in its entirety as follows:
A. Rates for electricity
1. For domestic consumers using electricity in households or
offices only.
First 25 per KWH
Next 75 KWH _.-___.__-3-- per KWH
Next 80 KWH 210 per KWH
Over 180 KaH 2¢ per KWH
Minimum charge for Domestic Lighting, $.75.
2. For commercial or industrial consumers using electricity in
business establishments:
First 25 KWH
Next 125 KwH
Next 1200 KWH
Over 1350 KWH
-8¢ per KWH
5 per KWH
32 per KWH
20 per KWH
Minimum charge for commercial lighting, $.75.
