AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE, OFFERING FOR SALE,
EXPLODING,. STORAGE OR POSSESSION OF COMBUSTIBLE FIRE—
WORKS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,
association or corporation to sell, offer for sale, explode,
store or possess combustible fireworks within the corporate
limits of the City of College Station. r? 1';'
Section 2. Any person, firm, association or corporation
that shall be found guilty of violating any portion of this
ordinance shall be fined not less than ten (310.00) dollars
nor more than one hundred 0100.00) dollars.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective from and
after passage and publication.
